Our Mixology Academy is the hands on introduction to the world of cocktails. Learn topics like the balance of flavors, aromas, mechanics of mixology, cocktail preparation and presentation. Subjects range from:History of the cocktail, the must have for any bar, methods of cocktail preparation, including building a cocktail stirring, shaking, layering, muddling, and straining
You will prepare and make a range of classic and contemporary cocktails including:Daiquiris, Caipirinhas, Sours, Mojitos, Martinis and much more.All equipment, spirits, juices etc are supplied. Cocktail equipment ,kits and cases available for purchase at academy. To ensure the most from our cocktail Academy each class is broken into 25% theory and 75% practical, Each class will finish with an exam with a grading and a certificate in cocktail mixology.
- Academy duration: 10 hours 10am - 8pm (excluding exam)
- Academy location: Dublin city center.
- 2010 Dates:1st 6 classess run as follows (Monday)- 25 Jan, 22 Feb, 29th March, 26th April, 31th May, 28th june
- Cost € 275.00 per person
